How to Order Catering?

Our system operates on a prepayment basis. This means that in order to order meals, you must first make an advance payment. Once the payment has been credited to your account in the app, you can place your order by selecting meal sets for specific days.
Please note that making a payment alone does not constitute an order, as we need to know which meal sets you have selected and for which days.
Ordering and Cancellations:
Monthly ordering (lunches and meal sets including lunch and/or an afternoon snack) for September is available until 31 August 2026, 8:00 PM.
From the following month onward, the ordering deadline will be the 28th of each month. This means that orders for October can be placed no later than 28 September 2026.
After registering, we encourage you to use the convenient mobile app.
How to get started:
- On an Android phone (Samsung, LG, HTC, Huawei, etc.), open the Google Play Store. On an iPhone, open the App Store.
- Search for “zamowposilek.pl”.
- Tap “Install” and then “Open”.
- Log in using the email address provided during registration. Your password is the same one you created when you first logged in.
If you experience any problems with registration or using the app, please contact Customer Service via our website, www.zamowposilek.pl, or, once you have successfully logged in, through “Help > Send a message”. In the “Help” section, you will also find the latest user guide for the app.
For questions regarding the menu, dietary requirements, or similar matters, please contact the meal provider directly, also via the “Help” section.
